Hola lectores, bienvenidos a el último Viernes Malazano. Además de ser la última entrada sobre El Libro de los Caídos, es mi última entrada en este blog por diversas razones, así que aquí es donde termina mi viaje.

The Crippled God es el último libro de esta larga saga, aquí es donde terminan de unirse todas las tramas para dar lugar a una enorme convergencia.
Este libro me gusto muchísimo la primera vez que lo lei y me ha vuelto a encantar en la relectura, como detalle especial, mi edición está firmada por el autor, lo que lo hace aún más valioso para mí.

La trama como ya he dicho es la preparación final de la enorme convergencia que ocurre en Kolanse, vemos personajes nuevos y otros no tan nuevos pero que hacía tiempo que no veíamos. La aparición más significativa es en mi opinión la del personaje con nombre de pan.

La estructura de esta novela varía de las anteriores pues si estas estaban divididas en 4 libros con varios capitulos en cada uno, The Crippled God se divide en 7 libros de varios capitulos más 2 epílogos. En uno de estos epílogos conocemos el final de una pareja a la cual no veíamos juntos desde hace varios libros.

Bueno, han sido 10 largos libros que nos han transportado a un mundo mágico y nos han hecho conocer gente y sitios maravillosos, espero que os haya gustado el paseo a través de mi saga preferida. Una vez dicho esto solo me queda decir que ha sido un placer escribir en este blog.

Primeramente siento el retraso de este "Viernes Malazano" que ha pasado a ser un "Domingo Malazano" por haber programado mal la fecha de la entrada.

Este es ya el 9º Viernes Malazano, es decir, que solo nos queda 1 más. Con esto me refiero a que he decidido terminar el viaje en The Crippled God, el 10º y último libro del "Libro de los Caídos". La semana que viene será el fin de mi viaje, así que intentemos disfrutar hasta entonces.

Dust of Dreams es el penultimo libro de esta saga, está unido estrechamente a The Crippled God pues ambos son los que terminan la saga. Pese a este detalle es un libro "autoconclusivo" como los anteriores, aunque este no tiene epílogo ni la estructura de libros convencionales.

La trama continúa donde la dejamos en La Marea del Segador, en el continente de Lether, esto quiere decir que volvemos con nuestros queridos Cazahuesos. Aparecen además personajes que ya conocemos como Onos T'oolan y a estos se les unen nuevos personajes de distintas razas.

Creo que este es el libro que menos me gusta de toda la saga, en su momento y también en la relectura me ha parecido lento y un poco aburrido en comparación con los otros, pero aún así es genial, que me haya gustado menos que los demás no quiere decir que sea malo, simplemente que los otros son muy buenos.

Este es el principio del fin de esta saga y aunque duro, es el camino para un final maravilloso.

Aquí termina el 9º Viernes Malazano, la semana que viene será la última. Intentaré no cagarla otra vez programando la entrada para que llegue a tiempo.
